Welcome to Party Themes Kenya! Before engaging our event planning services, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By confirming a booking or signing an agreement with us, you agree to the following:

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

   • A full deposit or a minimum of 80% deposit is required to secure our services.
   • The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or completion of services.
   • Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in service delays or cancellations.

2. Responsibility for Equipment

   • The client agrees to safeguard all equipment provided by Party Themes Kenya during the event.
   • The client is solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment while it is in their possession. Any costs incurred due to such incidents will be borne by the client.

3. Indemnification Clause

   • By signing this agreement, the client indemnifies Party Themes Kenya, its employees, agents, successors, heirs, and assigns from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise during the use of equipment or services provided.
   • Party Themes Kenya will not be liable for any claims resulting from the client’s use of the rented equipment or services provided under this agreement.

4. Quotation Validity

   • All quotations provided by Party Themes Kenya are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
   • Any changes made to the event description or specifications after this period may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

5. Amendments to Service Description

   • Any requested changes to the agreed service description may affect the overall cost. We will communicate any pricing changes to you for approval before proceeding.

6. Payment Information
   Payments can be made through the following methods:

   • Stanbic Bank

   • Kindly share the transaction confirmation via SMS or email after payment for our records.

7. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the event date. Deposits may be refunded, less a cancellation fee, depending on the proximity to the event and any costs already incurred.
   • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

8. Force Majeure

   • Party Themes Kenya will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or strikes.
